Not only does it seem as though artists aren't being silenced, in this particular case, it seems as though artists keep yakking away and making a bad situation worse.

...but maybe I'm just interrogating the artistic effort from the wrong perspective, and Ms. Palmer is a great artist and very reflexive in her discourse and not a self-centered jerk.
