Ultimate is following the manga storyline (so it's the same to the Valentine attack on Hellsing, but then diverges). It's better, mostly, (mostly because of the closer manga plot) but poorer (soundtrack) and the same (animation budget lol lol lol) in other areas. It hasn't finished yet, though, so. (I'm preeeetty sure the ending can't be as terrible as vagina head... but the manga's getting pretty lol SO WHO KNOWS.
