In terms of my food intolerances, milk fat > cocoa butter > cocoa
So the mix of low fat milk powder, hazelnut butter, and cocoa in nutella has a much smaller effect than the mix of milk fat, cocoa butter, and cocoa in milk chocolate. I still shouldn't eat too much of it, but I am on holiday :)
(Also I might have used dark chocolate on the biscuits if I had any in the house...)
