Yes, while I was replying to Nick's comment I realised he might not realise what assumptions I was working from and that there was no way to reply properly without clarifying them. I've been meaning to post this for a while (I wrote the first draft months ago) but my inner editor kept complaining about the lack of a conclusion etc, let alone the spelling. And then I remembered this is a livejournal and stopped holding myself to such a high standard :D
