As far as I can recall - no! she has no dialogue, she has no dialogue at all! (to the tune of "Yes! We Have No Bananas)
I like how all the references from the novel work equally well if she's actually a brain - in fact the might work better. I can see Lady Catherine doing the whole "Anne would have been a brilliant pianist if only her health had allowed her to learn" line while petting this glass bowl with a bubbling brain in it...
