Thinking about it there are a bunch of unattractive women monsters in supernatural (amongst the sexy-and-blood-covered etc ones), but I don't remember any doing the creepy-touching thing.
I vaguely recall seeing scenes where an ugly female character genuinely tries to seduce a male good guy and fails, but that's different. I mean "I'm ugly, and that grosses you out, and I like it that way".
