What sanguinity said. But I agree that self determination is absolutely key (though I think LGBT etc people have the right to sometimes say "No, you are not one of us, stop claiming to represent us", though that can still get incredibly fraught ie with bisexuals in heterosexual relationships)
I mean really, people just ned to stop being so narrow minded about putting people in boxes and listen to their individual experiences. Unfortunately I find just going "STOP SUCKING SO MUCH" isn't specific enough for most people :)
