But I get your point. Who fandom had wank a while ago when someone said Torchwood was one of many 'white' SFF shows. When people pointed out that positive representations of Welsh people are actually a big deal, this was shot down as 'whitey infighting.' While Torchwood has the advantage that its cast internationally appears white so it can be packaged and exported, there's a whole raft of issues that analysis misses.
