Glad you're enjoying it, although at this point I think it is clear that we do have very different tastes in Anime and Manga along the shonen/shoujo split.
When I read or watch I generally do so for pleasure and entertainment. As a result I often tend to be something of a romantic in my tastes (cough Mercedes Lackey cough) and this expresses as a definite preference towards shoujo in anime/manga.
I've also reached the point where I prefer the female characters to be realistically capable of standing upright in normal gravity, which again tends to lead towards shoujo. A preference for beauty and elegance over common representations of "sexy" if you will.
