Between the anti-vaccine and the chemtrail stuff, this is closer to being libertarian moonbattery than teabagger wingnuttery. This is a pure distilled look at the crazy left wing side of the American political spectrum; it's just as insane as the right wing, just as anti-government and anti-reality, but getting there from a different direction. The difference is that the Democratic Party stays as far away from these people as possible while being polite, and the Republicans have embraced their fringe.
Still, for Overton window purposes, it's good to remember that these people exist.
