Oh I don't think anyone thinks Gynaecon should be officially set up as the only people "allowed" to talk about disability etc! It's more that the people at Swancon who talk about social justice are disproportionately also involved in Gynaecon, and there's often a lot of crossover and this affects the dynamic.
