The only one of those I've seen is House, and I'd say he's problematic too just in a less spec-fic-ish way. The issues with disabled characters in non-sf pop culture are similar but not quite the same as in sf. But yes, it is very hard to come up with disabled fictional characters from any genre that don't suck :(
