We found out that it's bad to make polls private and then public (which I already knew but forgot, oops) I've made a new viewable poll.
That's a good point. In general there are lots of perfectly good reasons not to have written any female protags, like all these things it's a useful prod to think about the question for a second, but not a guarantee of badness.
