This is a mix of great stuff which is ok about disability, ok stuff which is good about disability, and a smattering of stuff which is awesome in every way. My bookmarks aren't tagged to remind me how well stuff handled disability, so this list is pretty arbitrary.

Mostly the same fandoms as my post of fanworks I've made myself.

Mass Effect:

Password Jedi and Able bodied are cute little Joker/EDI fics.

Homestuck:

age/sex/location Dave is mute. Ok.

8r8k h34ds fic, Vriska/Toph. They are both human twenty somethings, Terezi is straightforwardly blind.

An Injured Body fic, Terezi/Rose. In which Miss Rose Lalonde learns to enjoy novels. Also, there is licking.

Dark Angel:

Me & My 424vid. Logan and his mobility issues.

Vorkosigan Saga:

Forward Momentum, fic, gen. Young Miles is frustrated with post-surgery immobility, and hatches a Plan.

A Deeper Season fic, Miles/Gregor: An AU where Miles and Gregor get together. Very nicely thought out.

Harry Potter:

Finding Himself fic, Cedric/Hermione: Cedric becomes disabled instead of dying.

Avatar the last Airbender:

Core Skills fic, Azula/Toph. Highschool AU.

水火 fic, gen. Azula, post-canon, picking up the pieces.

Paper Planes vid, gen. Toph.

Escapades of the Blind Bandit and Meathead fic series, Toph/Sokka plus various.

The Queen's Theif Series:

The Landscape After Cruelty fic, Eugenides/Attolia. A story, say the people, of the god Eugenides, how he came down from the mountains – not in a blaze of flames, but with an outstretched hand.

A Temporary Inability to Go Either Up Or Down fic, gen. Eugenides was not stuck. A Queen of Attolia missing scene.
