I was going to say "Crazy anime huh? Have you seen..." then realised I can't remember the title. It's an anime about this girl and her crazy adventures, her name is in the title and there's this dog that looks like a cat (or vice versa) that she calls "emergency rations". Anyway....

...never ever google "anime cat dog". Trust me.
