It's not very active currently, but I used to like the collab channel GenderQueer Chat - I know you don't identify specifically as genderqueer, but a lot what they have to say might still be interesting and relevant to you. One of them (Matt) is an Aussie.

Because of my own viewing patterns I'm more likely to come across vloggers who are a) female assigned at birth and b) seek medical intervention of some sort, and these links reflect that. There's probably a whole range of other vloggers out there I just haven't stumbled across.
