(One of my favourite Doctor-Who-related LOLcat-type images is also a variation on that same LOLcat. The base image is from the Doctor Who story "Gridlock", wherein there is a scene where the Doctor's standing by a far-future multilane expressway, and a car pulls up and a felinoid alien sticks his head out and tells the Doctor to for god's sake get in the car before he dies of exhaust fume inhalation. In retrospect, the LOLcat practically writes itself.)
