OTW: not just a nice idea

Second: the beta versions of the Fan wiki and Fanfic archive for OTW are up. Definitely worth a look if you're interested in fanfic or other fanworks (I am sorely tempted to expand the section on fan crafts from "We need something here" :))

Something I like about the archive (which I didn't notice until after sending feedback, but then again my main complaint was the lack of a "How to use this site" page) is the way you can filter and sort stories by a huge range of criteria. Not so helpful now since there aren't that many stories but I can see that being a HUGE boon once it gets going.

Political theory nerd moment: I read "down for" as "down with", being consequently surprised to find a practical site, not a manifesto against THE MAN! google & ads or something.

But also, yes lj is being ultra-slow weird...which is probably a good thing as am trying to stay offline
