This is not the most recent episode on Aussie tv, I am ahead.

So, is it just me or is it literally true that all the non-blonde female "love interests" on this show get replaced with blonde wives? The only one left I can think of is Maya, and I don't see that lasting long (of course, I'm not sure lizard!Mohinder is going to have much luck with girlfriends (or boyfriends) in the future, blonde or otherwise. And he was so pretty :( )

Maya they can just kill off (especially since noone but me likes her at all) but brunette!Claire can't stay single forever. So I think the natural progression is for her to date Elle. (I can see the show doing it too... then making it part of her downfall :/ )

I know, I know, I shouldn't expect continuity, but: Sylar is a psychopath. He didn't go around killing powered people because he "had to", he enjoyed it unrepentantly, and was quite happy to go around killing random normal people when it suited him. He tortured Mohinder, and he loved liked him.

Lol Peter/Claire torture porn. That was totally weird, even in the context of the long history of gratuitous Peter-shirtless-and-in-pain scenes.

Wouldn't Molly be like 16 at this point?

I really liked the "heroes becomes villains and villains heroes" thing they did, so that not only do you have Claire vs Peter, but you end up more empathising with both sides of Sylar vs Daphne. For a while I thought the show was going to be all "Everyone becomes a villain", which is just depressing. Stuff like this is why I can't quit this show, much as I might sometimes like to.

I just read through the links on this post of Heroes Meta and my favourite bits:
-The first lady is actually Barbara (she's definitely Nathan's type)
- The "hunger" is real, but Sylar still made the choice to be a killer, and Peter became one out of sheer weakness and stupidity, and most everything else at this post, especially the theory that Sylar brings Mohinder care packages :)
-"This is Mohinder Suresh. I've discovered an adverse side effect of the serum - it requires me to put on a shirt."
-Noah is HRG after being hit with a youth-ray

My own wacky theories:
Like I said, Claire/Elle
The triplet's real mother: Angela Petrelli. Their father: Matt's father. That way even more people are related to Petrellis! Or something similar, maybe it's Mr Petrelli and...*tries to think of a middle aged white woman, preferably blonde* Mrs Bennet! o.O Or maybe not.

Maya has gone from story motivator (albeit with stupid gimmicky power) to pointless love interest. The transformation of Claire from interesting character to generic bad-ass action girl is annoying as well.

Continuity-wise, the thing that's bugging me is that Peter Petrelli can't die, but they killed him anyway.

That's really the only continuity thing that's bugging you? (c:

Yeah, didn't Maya have a destiny? But I guess they all do :/

The way I see it, since Peter only has Claire's power part-time maybe it can be jammed in some way. But it did seem FAR too easy.

I assume you mean, the thing that's bugging you the most:D

FWIW, I liked Sylar becoming good because he had something to live for.

Oh, I don't have a problem with that in principle, but I don't like the idea of them retconning him to have been a decent guy all along who was forced into being bad because of his power. I'd rather he have chosen to be a serial killer, and then choose not to be, it's more interesting. I can accept the power making it harder to be a good guy, rather like Maya's did.

Before he got his power he seemed like a nice enough guy...

Hmm. I don't remember thinking so, but it's been so long it's all a bit blurry.
