The first article confused me a bit as I'm pretty sure Arthur C. Clarke didn't write "Stranger in a Strange Land".
I think most of what I know of Physics and Maths I picked up from SF, well at least the bits I remember and like to use anyway. That or Martin Gardener's columns in Scientific American, or "Godel Escher Bach".
