I'm shockedbitterly unsurprised and appalled that the ATM operators are busy screwing over anyone they can with their bullshit fees. And surprise, it's the ones least able to afford it that are being screwed the hardest.
Of course, nobody saw this coming when they declared free season for fees on ATMs, nooo.
