So!

I am holding a Tupperware party at my house. Anyone who's interested in buying or looking at Tupperware is welcome to attend. Anyone who has absolutely no interest in Tupperware will probably be bored but won't be kicked out as long as they don't whine about how boring it all is :)

What: Tupperware Party
When: 4:30pm, Saturday 9th Feb at my house in Bayswater (if you can't see that, let me know in the comments and I'll tell you my address)
What to bring: Yourself, maybe some snacks/drinks (I will provide some but not HEAPS)(*)

We'll probably take a break to order pizza and let people grab dinner in general (there's good fish and chips, indian, and chinese nearby) at around 6 if people are still around. I don't see this going TOO long.

Please RSVP if you're definitely coming since that'll be useful for catering etc. If you can't make it but are interested in Tupperware, I have some catalogues, callistra is running one on the 1st Feb and [livejournal.com profile] purrdence can set you up with some personally (or you could have your own party!). But if you all ditch me for [livejournal.com profile] callistra's party I will be VERY SAD.

(n.b. I forgot to look at the booklet [livejournal.com profile] purrdence gave me so may have to alter this invite later)

I'm doing this because I've never had a chance to go to one myself, and to help out [livejournal.com profile] purrdence who's just starting out as a consultant. So while obviously she is going to try to sell you stuff (and it would be nice for her if people bought some) I'm really not fussed and promise not to cry if orders are low and I don't end up with a free gift :)

(*)For reference here is a list of things I can't eat. Plus I'm on a diet. Yes, it's absurdly restrictive so feel free to bring chips, softdrink etc (I'll likely provide some too), but people often feel bad when they bring tasty stuff and I stare at it mournfully so it's good to give warning :)

Yay! Two guests for the price of one!

*waits for [livejournal.com profile] infamyanonymous's boss to comment and say she's free*

Which would be more disastrous: a few minutes late or 10 minutes early?
Let me rephrase that slightly. Which train would you find it more convenient for me to be on: the one arriving 16:26, or the one arriving 16:11?

Neither would be disastrous :) A few minutes late is probably better, I'd feel self conscious doing last minute preparations with Company present.
