My arm is sore, making it difficult to type, and I am almost completely out of cash, yet somehow..I feel happy :)

Significantly less than the ear-piercing :) Basically there was a small sting of the local anaesthetic, and then a "this should hurt but doesn't" wierdness as the doctor put it in. It was a bit sensitive to muscle contractions for a day or so afterwards, though, which interfered with typing a bit.
