One day I want to have a go at making cheese. It can't be that hard, since somebody made some during the Iron Chef milk battle. Making *good* cheese is probably hard though.

I've made cheese, I'm pretty sure I got the instructions from Double Helix actually (milk + vinegar+ strainer). It was

Yeah, on Iron Chef the chef lost points for the taste but gained points for being able to make cheese within an hour.
