Reading Filters

I've made them. How on earth do I view them??

EDIT: Yay yvi, now I can do them, see the comments. I shall now go make myself a locked post with all my filters on, huzzah. (And wonder when they're going to institute the handy drop down menu. I assume it's in the works)
