New Hapless, while not the best drawn ever (and I think it could do with an extra panel between 2 and 3) I'm quite proud of it regardless for capturing what I wanted it to capture. Also was Very Cathartic.

Anyone who likes fanfic (esp obscure, well written, unporny stuff) is recommended to check out [livejournal.com profile] yuletide. It's so awesome! I've been reading pretty much every rec in the fandoms I'm familiar with, and they've pretty much all been great, and many have been gen.

This has been good, since I was sick AGAIN, luckily I seem mostly better so with a nap should be up to new years tonight.

Fabulous. I've had similar flashbacks that I'm not in a hurry to enumerate, usually accompanied by quietly screaming.

What does it say about me that I initially read your first paragraph as ending with "Very Catholic"?

Well, it has been 3 years, I couldn't have drawn it until after the Dreaded Thesis was done.

Heh. I suppose it is rather confessional, though whatever other stuff I may be repressing catholic guilt isn't one of them :) Protestant guilt just isn't as visceral, from what I can see.

Hurrah! I don't understand it, but I like it... there is so much time that I can't remember that I can empathise with it.

Yes, a lot of that only makes sense to me but I'm glad the general principle rang true.
