First: anyone feel like giving me a lift home from a certain dinner happening in Perth this Tuesday? (sorry to be coy but it was mentioned in a flocked post, which was presumably just in lieu of a mass email but highschool left me with too many "OMG SHE'S HAVING A PARTY AND INVITED YOU BUT NOT ME" scars not to be somewhat paranoid. I'm not sure I'm even being paranoid enough, maybe I should have been vaguer, like "In theory would anyone be willing to give me a lift home were there, hypothetically, some sort of gathering...")
Also, I'm thinking of organising a "I actually have a weekend free!" party for the next weekend day I have free, ie Saturday the 28th of July. (Ok, I do have this sunday off, but then it's a wedding, a 21st, and a trip to Singapore. Not that I'm complaining...)
Anything happening that day? (And I do mean day. One reason I want to organise this is I'm not really a night person so I miss a lot of socialisy type stuff)

Of course if someone who lives closer to you wanted to volunteer I wouldn't object :)

If such a dinner were to exist, then it is likely (p>0.95) that a Sophie is going and requires a lift.
