GIP: New default icon

[sqbr]

I was going to make a "sick" one then remembered I never remember to change it when I'm sick :)

Made with Minifesto, with many thanks to lilysea for introducing me to it.

EDIT: It's rather surreal having three versions of this icon all going in sync on the same page (the one on this entry, the one on my sidebar, and a teeeeny illegible one on the navigation bar)
