Turkey shaped food

Via [livejournal.com profile] trashy_eats, An annual competition for food made using a turkey shaped jelly mould.

It's making me hungry, luckily I'm having chicken for dinner :)

Isn't it awesome? And since, unlike me, you can eat cheese and processed meats you'll probably get more out of it :)

One day I want to have a go at making cheese. It can't be that hard, since somebody made some during the Iron Chef milk battle. Making *good* cheese is probably hard though.

I've made cheese, I'm pretty sure I got the instructions from Double Helix actually (milk + vinegar+ strainer). It was not good.

Yeah, on Iron Chef the chef lost points for the taste but gained points for being able to make cheese within an hour.

I'm still getting over the fact that turkey shaped jelly moulds exist. Someone was eating dessert one day thought to themselves "this jelly needs to be more turkey shaped"?
